I have been glued to Sun News Network since getting home this afternoon and I would just like to take a moment to thank all people who have donated to the Liberal Party of Canada!

ReplyDeleteWhat was the Liberal war room thinking? Advertising on Sun TV just seems desperate, was all the CBC ad time bought up by Little Mosque on the Prairie. Ezra was great I loved the fact he read all the negative letters!

Heh I got a chuckle out of the Liberal ads too. But.. really.. if I were a betting man I would guess that plenty of lefties were watching the inaugural broadcast, maybe even the majority of viewers. Why? Because a whole bunch of people are fanatically against Sun News. Something about not walking one mile to vote for you, but walking 100 miles to vote against you strikes a chord..

Seems odd they would advertise in Sun News. If it is Fox News of the north, most viewers will be Conservative supporters who will just be more motivated to show up. Likewise I would argue the Conservatives would be dumb to advertise here too. Best to focus on channels that people of a variety of political persuasions watch

That silver-faced guy trying to get us to send him our unused precious metals was crazy. It'll be nice to see those cheezy commercials go away. I didn't think Dr. Ho was still peddling his useless wares.
I'm toasting Sun News with a few ounces of my 'special occasion Johnny Walker Blue Label.
I finally got control of the remote, and what I am seeing is really good. It's fresh, and there is an interesting assortment of topics and points of view.
